Crispy Chicken Sliders, Loaded Fries & Wings Feast

Instructions:
step 1 Marinate the chicken breast pieces and wings separately in buttermilk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (for wings) for at least 1 hour or overnight.
step 2 Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread fries on a tray, drizzle with oil and salt, and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crisp.
step 3 Mix flour, cornstarch, cayenne, and seasoning for dredging.
step 4 Coat marinated chicken and wings in the flour mix, pressing well for a thick crust.
step 5 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C (350°F). Fry chicken breast pieces for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
step 6 Toast the slider buns lightly. Assemble each slider with mayo or sauce, fried chicken, cheddar slice, and optional lettuce or pickles.
step 7 Warm the cheese sauce and pour it generously over the fries. Sprinkle with crispy bacon bits.
step 8 Arrange sliders, wings, and loaded fries on a large platter and serve immediately.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat chicken and wings in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes until hot and crispy. Fries are best fresh, but can be reheated in the oven. Cheese sauce may need a splash of milk when reheated.
