Step 1 Cut mozzarella sticks in half if desired and freeze them for at least 1 hour.
/nStep 2 Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
/nStep 3 Dip each mozzarella stick into flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
/nStep 4 Repeat dipping in egg and breadcrumbs for a thicker coating.
/nStep 5 Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
/nStep 6 Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
/nStep 7 Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
/nStep 8 Garnish with parsley and serve hot with marinara sauce.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) until crispy again. Avoid microwaving as it may make them soggy.
