step 1 Preheat the oven according to the instructions for both the crispy pancakes and chips.
step 2 Place the frozen crispy pancakes and chips on a baking tray, keeping them separate. Bake as directed (usually 18–22 minutes), flipping chips halfway through for even crispness.
step 3 While the pancakes and chips bake, pour the baked beans into a small saucepan and heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
step 4 Once the pancakes are golden and crispy and the chips are cooked through, remove everything from the oven.
step 5 Plate up: serve two crispy pancakes per person, a generous portion of chips, and a ladle of warm baked beans on the side.
step 6 Add a pinch of salt over the chips and serve with your favourite sauces if desired.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat pancakes and chips in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispness, and microwave or gently heat baked beans in a saucepan. Not suitable for freezing once cooked.
