Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo

Instructions

Step 1: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place in the crock pot.

Step 2: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Scatter butter pieces over the top.

Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.

Step 4: Remove chicken and shred or slice it. Stir parmesan cheese into the sauce in the crock pot until melted and smooth.

Step 5: Meanwhile, cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions. Drain and add them to the sauce, tossing to coat.

Step 6: Return the chicken to the crock pot or serve it sliced over the pasta. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream or broth to refresh the sauce if needed.
