Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

Instructions

Step 1: Lightly grease the bottom of your crockpot. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth. Pour evenly over the chicken.

Step 3: Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the top. If using celery, scatter it across the stuffing for extra texture and flavor.

Step 4: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Step 5: Fluff the stuffing gently with a fork before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. This dish also freezes well for up to 2 months; thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
