Instructions
Step 1: Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface or plate.
Step 2: Spread about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese evenly across the center of each wrap.
Step 3: Layer cucumber, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper on top of the cheese.
Step 4: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Step 5: Roll each wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure.
Step 6: Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap in foil or plastic wrap for later.
Storage Information
Wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To maintain the best texture, keep the vegetables dry before assembling and wrap tightly to prevent moisture buildup. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
