Decadent Caramel Brownie Pie

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, and whisk until smooth.

Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Step 4: Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pie dish. Pour caramel sauce over the batter, then gently spread the remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl slightly for a marbled effect if desired.

Step 5: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.

Step 6: Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Warm individual slices in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven gooeyness.
