Step 11: Spread or pipe the icing onto the cookies and decorate with royal icing details, sprinkles, and candy pearls.
Step 12: Let the icing set completely before serving or storing.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store Decorated Easter Sugar Cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, freeze the undecorated cookies for up to 2 months. Thaw completely before decorating and serving.
