Instructions
Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
Step 2: Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened.
Step 3: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Step 5: Add the cooked rice to the skillet and toss everything together, making sure the rice is evenly coated with the spices and beef mixture.
Step 6: Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
Step 7: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave, adding a splash of water if needed to loosen the rice.
