Preventive strategies against tick infestations

1. Pet Control

• Our four-legged friends are privileged guests. Inspect their coat frequently, especially after outings in the wild.
• Apply specific pest control products to ensure their protection.

2. Securing housing

• Vacuum floors, carpets and dark areas regularly.
• Wash laundry and textiles at a minimum of 60°C if contamination is suspected.
• Block any openings and gaps that could serve as a refuge.

3. Maintenance of green spaces

• Ticks are particularly fond of tall grass and flowerbeds. Keep your lawn short and apply suitable repellents (biological or chemical) to exposed areas.
