Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts

Instructions:
Step 1: Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, ginger, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 2: In another bowl, whisk eggs and water together. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg wash, then back into the flour mixture. Press firmly to ensure a thick coating.

Step 3: Heat about 1 inch of canola oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 4: In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 5: Drizzle or brush the hot honey garlic sauce over the fried chicken breasts. Serve immediately with your choice of side.
