Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the tortellini, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, peas (if using), salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Step 4: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Add crumbled bacon evenly across the surface.
Step 5: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. This casserole can also be frozen before baking; thaw overnight in the fridge before baking as directed.
