Instructions
Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Step 3: Add the diced onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 6: Pour in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
Step 7: Add the Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 8: Add the cooked bowtie pasta and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
Step 9: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover Easy Beef Bowtie Pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
This pasta dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months in a freezer-safe container.
