Instructions
Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3: In a large bowl or platter, arrange the chopped romaine as a base. Top with cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickles, cucumber slices, and red onion.
Step 4: Add the cooked ground beef over the salad. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
Step 5: Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a cool, refreshing bite.
Storage Information
Store salad ingredients and dressing separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble just before serving to keep everything crisp and fresh. Ground beef can be reheated if desired.
