Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cornstarch, ground cloves (if using), and black pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Add diced ham and drained pineapple chunks to the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Pour the brown sugar glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple, stirring gently to coat.
Step 5: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened, and the ham is heated through.
Step 6: Serve warm as a main dish or holiday side.
Storage Information:
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until hot. This dish also freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
