Instructions
Step 1: Cook French fries according to package instructions or until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken strips, season with salt, pepper, and both paprikas. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and tomato paste. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, and cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5: Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy paprika sauce. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 6: To assemble, layer crispy fries in a bowl, then generously spoon the creamy paprika chicken over the top.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Refrigerate leftover chicken and sauce separately from fries to keep them crisp. Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken and sauce in a skillet over low heat. Reheat fries in the oven or air fryer to restore crunch.
