step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

step 5 Pour in beef broth, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
step 6 Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly reduced.
step 7 Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
step 8 Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and spoon the onion mixture over the top.
step 9 Sprinkle mozzarella and Gruyère cheese evenly over the chicken.
step 10 Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
step 11 Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
