Instructions:
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Stir in the French onion soup and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5: Add the cooked rice to the beef mixture and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
Step 6: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until hot.
