Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover fruit in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep different fruits separated when possible to maintain freshness and texture.
Do not freeze the entire platter, as many fruits become soft after thawing.
If preparing ahead, cut sturdy fruits such as melon and pineapple up to one day in advance and add delicate berries just before serving.
Serve chilled directly from the refrigerator for the best taste and presentation.
