Instructions:
Step 1: Crush the Doritos in a food processor or sealed bag until fine. Set aside.
Step 2: Cut mozzarella cheese into small rectangular or square pieces suitable for stuffing.
Step 3: Dredge each piece of cheese in flour, then dip in a mixture of beaten eggs and milk.
Step 4: Coat the cheese in crushed Doritos, then roll in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Step 5: Freeze the coated cheese pieces for about 30 minutes to help them hold their shape when frying.
Step 6: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cheese bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.
Step 7: Remove and drain on paper towels. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
