Instructions
Step 1. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain sunny-side up, about 3–4 minutes.
Step 3. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Step 4. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
Step 5. Place one fried egg on each slice of toast.
Step 6. Wash the grapes and strawberries thoroughly and pat dry.
Step 7. Hull the strawberries and leave them whole or halve them if desired.
Step 8. Core the apple and slice it into thin wedges.
Step 9. Arrange the grapes, strawberries, and apple slices on a serving plate alongside the egg toast.
Step 10. Add a spoonful of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese to the plate.
Step 11. Serve immediately while the eggs and toast are warm.

Store leftover fruit in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Fried eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
Reheat the eggs gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave for a few seconds.
