Instructions
Step 1. Preheat the oven according to the hash brown package instructions, usually 425°F (220°C).
Step 2. Bake the hash browns for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausages.
Step 4. Cook the sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently until browned and fully cooked.
Step 5. Add the bacon to the skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes per side until crisp.
Step 6. Remove the bacon and sausages and keep warm.
Step 7. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
Step 8. Place the tomato halves cut-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Step 9. Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 10. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and spread with butter.
Step 11. Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan.
Step 12. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are set and the yolks remain slightly runny.
Step 13. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Step 14. Arrange the toast, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and fried eggs on serving plates.
Step 15. Serve immediately with brown sauce or ketchup if desired.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat sausages, bacon, mushrooms, and beans in a skillet or microwave until heated through.
Toast fresh bread when serving for the best texture.
Fried eggs are best prepared fresh, but can be reheated gently if necessary.
Hash browns can be reheated in an oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
