Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Instructions:

Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2: Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Top each with a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Step 4: Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.

Step 5: Cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is fully melted.

Step 6: Remove from the skillet, let cool for 1 minute, then slice and serve warm.
