Instructions:
Step 1: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Set aside.
Step 2: Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each one. Top with chopped bacon.
Step 3: Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log. Brush the outside with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 4: Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the rollups seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Slice into halves or thirds for serving.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh chives or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Storage Information:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or air fryer until crisp. These are best enjoyed fresh but can also be frozen for up to 1 month—reheat from frozen at 350°F until heated through and crispy.
