Instructions:
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Step 2: Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Stir in the rice, beef broth, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes until rice is tender.
Step 4: Stir in milk or cream, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and creamy.
Step 5: Let simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk to bring back the creaminess.
