Garlic Butter Broiled Lobster Tails

Instructions

step 1 Preheat your oven to broil on high and position the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source.
step 2 Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell to expose the meat, then gently pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell.
step 3 In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
step 4 Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail.
step 5 Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil.
step 6 Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.
step 7 Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining garlic butter from the pan.
step 8 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover lobster tails in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat with a bit of butter to retain moisture, or warm in a 300°F (150°C) oven covered in foil for about 10 minutes. Avoid microwaving to prevent the lobster from becoming rubbery.
