Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill over medium heat./n
Step 2 In a large bowl, combine chicken, sausage, potatoes, broccoli, corn, and onion./n
Step 3 Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning, then toss well./n
Step 4 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and olive oil./n
Step 5 Pour the garlic butter mixture over the ingredients and toss to coat evenly./n
Step 6 Divide the mixture evenly onto large sheets of foil and fold into sealed packets./n
Step 7 Place packets on a baking sheet or grill and cook for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender./n
Step 8 Carefully open the packets, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in a skillet until warmed through. These can also be reheated in foil to retain moisture. Avoid microwaving too long to prevent overcooking the chicken.
