Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare a grill over medium heat.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine chicken, sausage, potatoes, broccoli, and corn.

Step 3: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Step 5: Divide the mixture evenly onto large sheets of foil and fold to seal into packets.

Step 6: Place foil packets on a baking sheet or directly on the grill.

Step 7: Cook for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.

Step 8: Carefully open the packets and garnish with fresh parsley.

Step 9: Serve warm directly from the foil or transfer to plates.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. You can also reheat in foil packets for best results. This dish can be frozen for up to 1 month; thaw before reheating.
