Instructions
Step 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Add chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3 Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 4 In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 5 Add broccoli, carrots, and potatoes, cooking until tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 6 Season vegetables with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 7 Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together.
Step 8 Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through and well coated in garlic butter.
Step 9 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or microwave until warmed through.
Add a small amount of butter or water when reheating to keep the dish from drying out.
Avoid overcooking to maintain the tenderness of the chicken and vegetables.
