Instructions
Step 1: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook 1 more minute. Set aside.
Step 3: In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
Step 5: Plate the Cajun Alfredo pasta and top with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of cream or milk to refresh the sauce. Chicken can be reheated separately in the microwave or skillet.
