Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Instructions:
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken bites and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using) until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated. Add chicken bites back to the pan and spoon some sauce over the top.

Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of cream or milk to maintain the creamy texture. Not recommended for freezing as the sauce may separate.
