Instructions
Step 1: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to the pan. Spoon the garlic butter over the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Suitable for freezing up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before reheating.
