Instructions
Step 1: Pat lobster pieces dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.
Step 3: Working in batches if needed, sear the lobster pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until the shells turn bright red and the flesh is opaque. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter.
Step 5: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
Step 6: Stir in paprika, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper, cooking for 30 seconds to bloom the spices.
Step 7: Return the lobster pieces to the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice, tossing gently to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
Step 8: Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
Step 9: Transfer to a serving dish, top with fresh parsley, and arrange lemon slices around the plate.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover lobster bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the sauce separate if possible to maintain the texture of the lobster.
To reheat, gently warm the lobster bites in a skillet over low heat with a splash of the saved garlic butter sauce. Avoid high heat, which can cause the delicate lobster to become tough.
For best results, serve these bites immediately after cooking when the lobster is most tender and the butter is still warm and fragrant.
