Step 1: Pat the lobster pieces dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3: Add the lobster to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 1–2 minutes per side, or until just opaque and golden at the edges.

Step 4: Drizzle in lemon juice and sprinkle with zest. Stir gently to coat all pieces in the buttery sauce.

Step 5: Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Step 6: Serve immediately with crusty bread, pasta, or steamed veggies.

Storage Information

Garlic Butter Lobster Bites are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat to avoid overcooking. Not recommended for freezing.
