Instructions:
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 5: Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes if using.
Step 6: Stir in reserved pasta water and bring to a simmer.
Step 7: Add cooked pasta and spinach to the skillet. Toss until spinach wilts and pasta is coated in garlic butter sauce.
Step 8: Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together until heated through.
Step 9: Plate and garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water or butter to loosen the sauce. Avoid overcooking shrimp when reheating.
