Instructions
step 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
step 2 Season pork chops with paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
step 3 Add pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
step 4 Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
step 5 In the same skillet, melt butter and add sliced onions.
step 6 Cook onions slowly until caramelized, about 10–15 minutes.
step 7 Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
step 8 Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
step 9 Add thyme and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
step 10 Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
step 11 Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until pork is fully cooked and tender.
step 12 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth if needed to keep the sauce smooth.
