Garlic Butter Sausage Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sausage bites and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 5: Add the cooked pasta and sausage bites back into the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.

Step 6: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or broth to loosen the sauce if needed.
