Instructions
Step 1: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
Step 2: Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Step 4: Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, then transfer to paper towels and season lightly with salt.
Step 5: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step 6: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 7: Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 8: Reduce the heat slightly and add the butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Step 9: Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and coated.
Step 10: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites.
Step 11: Serve the garlic butter steak bites hot with crispy fries on the side.
Step 12: Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of butter until warmed through. Avoid overheating to keep the steak tender.
Reheat fries in the oven or air fryer at 375°F for a few minutes until crispy again. Avoid microwaving the fries, as they may become soggy.
