Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Fries

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the French fries according to the package directions or cook homemade fries until golden brown and crispy.

Step 2: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and dried thyme.

Step 4: Add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring.

Step 5: Turn the steak cubes and cook for another 1–2 minutes until browned on all sides and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 6: Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.

Step 7: Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, if using, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 8: Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.

Step 9: Sprinkle with dried parsley and fresh chopped parsley.

Step 10: Transfer the steak bites to a serving plate alongside the hot crispy fries.

Step 11: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak bites and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

For the crispiest texture, reheat fries in an air fryer or oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes.

Avoid microwaving the fries, as they can become soft and lose their crispiness.

Steak bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated gently to prevent overcooking.
