Instructions
Step 1. Prepare the French fries according to the package directions or bake homemade fries until golden and crispy.
Step 2. While the fries cook, pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
Step 3. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Step 5. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring.
Step 6. Turn the steak pieces and cook for another 2–3 minutes until browned on all sides and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 7. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
Step 8. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 9. Add the Worcestershire sauce and toss the steak bites to coat evenly.
Step 10. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the steak and remove from the heat.
Step 11. Transfer the hot fries to a large bowl and toss with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
Step 12. Arrange the Parmesan fries on a serving plate.
Step 13. Spoon the garlic butter steak bites alongside the fries and drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the steak.
Step 14. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the steak in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.
Avoid microwaving the fries, as they may become soft.
For best flavor and texture, enjoy the steak bites fresh, as overcooking during reheating can make them less tender.
