Instructions
Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the baby potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
Step 2: Season the steak bites with paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Step 5: In the same skillet, add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned.
Step 6: Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
Step 7: Stir well until the garlic becomes fragrant and the steak is coated in the garlic butter sauce.
Step 8: Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
Step 9: Sprinkle with fresh thyme and chopped parsley before serving.
Step 10: Serve immediately while hot and flavorful.
