Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Tortellini

Instructions

Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: While tortellini cooks, season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3: Add steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from pan.

Step 4: Lower heat to medium, add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return steak bites to the pan, tossing in the garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley.

Step 5: In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 6: Stir in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and reduce slightly. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 7: Add cooked tortellini to the Alfredo sauce and stir to coat evenly.

Step 8: Plate creamy tortellini and top or serve alongside steak bites. Garnish with more parsley if desired.
