Step 2: Toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Step 3: Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 5: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.

Step 6: Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Step 7: Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.

Step 8: Stir in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, tossing the steak bites until evenly coated.

Step 9: Cook for 1–2 minutes more, then remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Step 10: If desired, garnish the steak bites with sliced red chili peppers for extra heat.

Step 11: In a separate nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 12: Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks reach your preferred doneness.

Step 13: Season the eggs with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley.

Step 14: Arrange the crispy fries, garlic butter steak bites, and fried eggs on serving plates.

Step 15: Serve immediately while hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak bites, fries, and eggs separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

For the best texture, reheat fries in an air fryer or a 400°F (200°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.

Fried eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated briefly in a skillet over low heat.

Avoid freezing the eggs, as their texture may become rubbery after thawing.
