Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Step 3: Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
Step 6: Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Step 7: Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
Step 8: Stir in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, tossing the steak bites until evenly coated.
Step 9: Cook for 1–2 minutes more, then remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 10: If desired, garnish the steak bites with sliced red chili peppers for extra heat.
Step 11: In a separate nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 12: Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks reach your preferred doneness.
Step 13: Season the eggs with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley.
Step 14: Arrange the crispy fries, garlic butter steak bites, and fried eggs on serving plates.
Step 15: Serve immediately while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites, fries, and eggs separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
For the best texture, reheat fries in an air fryer or a 400°F (200°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
Fried eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated briefly in a skillet over low heat.
Avoid freezing the eggs, as their texture may become rubbery after thawing.
