Step 5: Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the hot fries.
Step 6: Return the fries to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Step 7: While the fries bake, pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 8: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
Step 9: Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Step 10: Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
Step 11: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, tossing the steak bites until evenly coated.
Step 12: Cook for 1–2 minutes more, then remove from the heat.
Step 13: Sprinkle the steak bites with chopped parsley.
Step 14: Garnish the cheesy fries with garlic powder, paprika, and additional parsley if desired.
Step 15: Serve the garlic butter steak bites immediately alongside the cheesy loaded fries.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites and cheesy fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
For the best texture, reheat the cheesy fries in a 400°F (200°C) oven or air fryer for 5–8 minutes.
Avoid microwaving the fries if possible, as they may become soft.
Leftover steak can be used in sandwiches, wraps, salads, or rice bowls the next day.
