Instructions
Step 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside./n
Step 2 Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika./n
Step 3 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness, then remove and set aside./n
Step 4 In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, then return the steak and toss to coat. Remove from heat and set aside./n
Step 5 In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour to form a roux, cooking for 1–2 minutes./n
Step 6 Gradually whisk in milk, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens./n
Step 7 Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese along with garlic powder and mustard powder, stirring until smooth and creamy./n
Step 8 Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until fully coated./n
Step 9 Serve the garlic butter steak bites alongside the creamy mac and cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the steak in a skillet over medium heat and warm the mac and cheese with a splash of milk to restore creaminess. Avoid overheating to keep the steak tender.
