Step 4 Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. /n
Step 5 Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. /n
Step 6 Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. /n
Step 7 Return the steak bites to the skillet and mix gently to combine. /n
Step 8 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
