Instructions
Step 1: Season the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 4: Reduce the heat slightly and add butter, minced garlic, thyme, dried parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and chili flakes to the skillet.
Step 5: Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and evenly coated.
Step 6: Cook the French fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potato strips in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Step 7: Arrange the garlic butter steak bites beside the crispy fries on serving plates.
Step 8: Spoon any extra garlic butter sauce over the steak bites.
Step 9: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–8 minutes to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving fries if possible, as they may become soft.
