Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Shrimp, Baby Potatoes, and Green Beans

Instructions:
step 1 Boil baby potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Set aside.
step 2 Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter and the shrimp. Season with salt and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
step 4 Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss in garlic butter to coat.
step 5 In another skillet, melt butter and sauté green beans with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
step 6 Serve garlic butter steak bites and shrimp with a side of baby potatoes and sautéed green beans. Spoon extra garlic butter from the skillet over the top for more flavor.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak and shrimp gently in a skillet over low heat. Potatoes and green beans can be reheated in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
