Instructions
Step 1 Season the steak cubes with salt and black pepper.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Step 3 Sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and set aside.
Step 4 In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 5 Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes, stirring well.
Step 6 Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Step 7 Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes until just tender.
Step 8 Sprinkle with fresh parsley and toss gently.
Step 9 Serve immediately while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat quickly in a skillet over medium heat to avoid overcooking the steak and making the zucchini soggy. This dish is best enjoyed fresh and is not recommended for freezing due to the texture of the zucchini noodles.
