Step 1: Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Step 3: Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 4: Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

Step 5: Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.

Step 6: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 7: Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.

Step 8: Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Step 9: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and cook for another minute.

Step 10: Serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce or side of vegetables.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat quickly in a hot skillet to maintain tenderness, or microwave in short intervals. Avoid overcooking during reheating to keep the steak juicy. Freezing is not recommended as it may affect texture.
